Engineering

Technical consulting related to process development, production preparation and smooth manufacturing and delivery of Vesta products.
Technical documentation

Design documents including drawings, specifications, explanatory notes, technical reports, specifications, operation and maintenance manuals, and more.
R&D engineering

Development of design and process documentation for prototypes, manufacture and testing of pilot units (pilot batches) for new or upgraded products.
Selection & calculation

Drawing and assembly review, gas spring selection from catalogue or custom design with force, stroke and dimension calculations.
Implementation support

Consulting during assembly and testing, help integrating springs into serial products, direct contact with your engineering team.
Testing & certification

Preparation for acceptance and certification tests, protocol support, design improvement recommendations when needed.
